A company specializing in home pool and equipment came to INDSERVE with a unique problem: how to take advantage of the China’s expanding manufacturing capabilities. This company did not have the resources to travel, identify, evaluate, develop local suppliers but still wanted to expand its supplier base and minimize supplier’s risk. Over the next several months INDSERVE actively identified new suppliers, qualified them and help they upgrade production capacity and quality to become a world class manufacturer. INDSERVE developed several new suppliers in the product categories and helped generate a savings of million dollars.
